Eric W. Brown
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Eric leads OsteoCentric Technologies with a passion for innovation and enhanced patient care, bringing more than 25 years of medical device industry experience. Prior to founding OsteoCentric, Eric was a Vice-President of Sales for for the West U.S. Area for Synthes (USA). Before his time in executive management, Eric spent over 15 years in the operating room working with surgeons as an Orthopedic Consultant. Eric attended Miami of Ohio University and received his B.S. from Indiana University.

Jason E. Topolosky
Chief Business Officer
Jason leads the Corporate Development organization for OsteoCentric Technologies where he oversees the strategic partnership, licensing, and acquisition activities. Jason comes to OsteoCentric from Olympus Corporation where he was responsible for global strategic planning, portfolio strategy (organic and inorganic), and market insights for Olympus’ ten business units representing ~$7B in sales across Olympus’ Endoscopic Solutions and Therapeutic Solutions Divisions. Prior to Olympus, he was the Vice President, Business Development and Strategy for Stryker’s Trauma & Extremities business, including the Trauma, Foot & Ankle, and Upper Extremity franchises. Jason holds a MTM/MSE and is a Moore Fellow from the Wharton School of Business / University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering, an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business, at the City University of New York, and is a Phi Alpha Theta Honor Recipient graduating with dual honors from Rutgers University with a B.A in Political Science/History.

RJ Brideau
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, RJ is responsible for all operations at OsteoCentric Technologies. RJ brings over 20 years of management and executive leadership experience to the company. Before joining OsteoCentric, RJ led sales and marketing for a real-time notification and messaging solution used by physicians and hospitals to improve patient care. In prior roles, RJ has built and led partner ecosystems across manufacturing, licensing and sales for companies such as SolarWinds (IPO, NYSE: SWI), Motive (IPO, acquired by Alcatel-Lucent) and IBM. RJ graduated with honors from The Wharton School of Business with degrees in Finance and Operations, and has both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jim Ford
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Jim is responsible for financial operations, human resources and compliance at OsteoCentric Technologies. Jim has a long history of management and executive levels of leadership having served in various industry sectors including banking, technology and life sciences. Most recent prior roles involved senior leadership positions of ventured back companies from startup through acquisition including LearnPlatform, Inc., Covelight Technologies (sold to Radware Ltd.), Motricity (NASD:MQTR), OpenSite (sold to Siebel Systems, Oracle), and Ventana Communications Group (sold to Thomson International). Prior to Ventana he served as the Corporate Controller for Ericsson where he led the financial operations for U.S. research and development for cellular communications. Jim is a Masters graduate of the College of Business at Florida State University and holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from Gardner Webb University. He served in the Armed Forces with the 82nd Airborne Division and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal.

Andrew Fauth
Chief Technology Officer
Andrew is responsible for research and development, product management, quality and regulatory at OsteoCentric Technologies. Andrew brings to OsteoCentric over 20 years of medical device expertise. As Group General Manager, Andrew led all of the R&D activities for CoorsTek Medical (formerly MedicineLodge and IMDS) which included product development, intellectual property management, prototyping, business development, surgeon partnerships, and strategic transactions. During his tenure at CoorsTek Medical and its predecessors, Andrew was involved in hundreds of innovative orthopedic development projects spanning fields such as spine, sports medicine, extremities, trauma, joint reconstruction, general surgery, and other fields. In addition, Andrew has experience managing full-scale operations in contract manufacturing, emphasizing lean and continuous improvement processes and strategies. Andrew has Bachelor’s degree from Linfield College and both Master’s and Doctoral degrees from The Pennsylvania State University in Kinesiology/Biomechanics with a doctoral minor in Mechanical Engineering and holds over 30 issued patents.

Gavin Sontag
President & General Manager – OsteoCentric Spine, LLC
Gavin leads the Spine business unit segment for OsteoCentric Technologies where he is directly responsible for and oversees the strategic planning, development, execution, growth, and success of all Spine technology related initiatives. Gavin previously served as Chief Marketing Officer for 5.5 years at OsteoCentric where he was instrumental in developing and launching the new corporate brand, strategically educating the market, and planning and launching UnifiMI embodiments into several key market segments in orthopedics, dental and veterinary. Gavin comes to OsteoCentric from Zimmer Biomet where he was responsible for market development, product strategy as well as sales in their Surgical Division. Prior to Zimmer Biomet, he was the Director of Business Development for IMDS (now CoorsTEK Medical), a private medical design and innovation provider that specializes in helping companies and entrepreneurs bring product ideas and concepts to market. Before joining IMDS, Gavin worked for nearly a decade in sales, marketing, and sales management in the Sports Medicine segment of orthopedics. Gavin graduated with a Bachelors of Finance from the University of Illinois.

Mike Saunders
President & General Manager – OsteoCentric Trauma, LLC
Mike brings nearly 22 years of medical device sales and sales leadership experience to OsteoCentric - leading critical short and long term strategic initiatives. He started his career as a local sales consultant in orthopedic trauma with Synthes USA, later becoming the Midwest Regional Manager in charge of all or part of seven states. While there he led his team to Region of the Year honors, as well as having a Consultant of the Year. Mike then spent time in sales leadership with the neuromodulation division of Boston Scientific where he led the northeast team. Just prior to joining OsteoCentric, he held the role of VP of North American Sales for CIVCO Medical Solutions leading all direct, inside and distributor sales. Mike graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology.

Todd Evans
Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs
Todd is responsible for Quality and Regulatory Affairs for OsteoCentric Technologies. Todd brings over 24 years of experience in the medical device industry. Before joining OsteoCentric Todd was the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he was responsible for over 110 quality professionals across 5 global manufacturing sites. Todd started his career in validation and quality engineering where he was directly involved in product development, supplier quality, complaint investigations, managing corrective and preventative actions, and sterilization processes. During his leadership tenure he was also involved in lean manufacturing, quality metric development, global harmonization, regulatory, and customer relations. Todd has a strong background in ISO13485, 21CFR 820, 21CFR 210, and 211 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Utah State University.

Sara Walma
Vice President & General Manager – OsteoCentric Dental, LLC
Sara leads the Dental business unit segment for OsteoCentric Technologies where she is directly responsible for and oversees the strategic planning, development, execution, growth, and success of all Dental technology related initiatives. Sara previously served as Director of Professional Affairs & Strategic Program Development for 6 years at OsteoCentric where she was instrumental in the launch and development of countless systems, managed critical surgeon relationships and provided strategic direction for the Orthopedic business unit segments. Sara is an accomplished leader in Orthopedics, spending the last 14 years in Orthopedic Trauma and has over 20 years of direct experience in surgery. Most recently, Sara served as Director, Regional Sales for Zimmer-Biomet Trauma responsible for overall sales in the Southern US market. During her 10-year tenure at Zimmer Trauma, Sara held roles in increasing responsibility as the Director, Sales Operations, and Manager, Regional Sales. Previously, Sara was a Trauma Sales Associate for Zimmer Distributors working in Columbus, OH, Philadelphia, PA, and Atlanta, GA, having direct exposure and experience with more than forty hospitals and key teaching centers. Sara is an experienced trainer & teacher, serving as a teaching assistant for Medical & Dental Gross Anatomy at The Ohio State University. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Anatomy and Physiology from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina.

Stewart Withrow
Vice President & General Manager – OsteoCentric SI Fusion, LLC
Stewart is a successful executive who brings 35 years of orthopedic medical device sales experience to OsteoCentric Technologies. Stewart leads the Sacroiliac Joint Fusion (SI-Fusion) business unit segment for OsteoCentric Technologies where he is directly responsible for and oversees the strategic planning, development, execution, growth and success of all SI-Fusion technology related initiatives. Stewart previously served as Vice President of Commercial where he led the sales team in the SI Fusion, Trauma and Spine spaces. Prior to VP of Commercial at OsteoCentric Technologies he was Vice President of Veterinary leading the UnifiMI optimization in both large and small animal fastener projects, as well as all commercial partnerships. A seasoned leader, he has a strong record of delivering results and developing innovative strategies selling complex medical devices. His career has included 20 years as a top sales consultant in orthopedic trauma with Synthes USA, while being named Consultant of the Year. He consistently achieved the highest volume of all trauma sales in the United States during this time. Stewart’s career has been focused on improving patient care with a passion for taking companies to the next level. He has successfully built new markets in the orthopedic space through his strong relationships with top orthopedic surgeons across the country. Prior to OsteoCentric, he held an executive sales role at Smith & Nephew where he was also an accomplished leader. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University – The Military College of Vermont.
